Finlandia. Cercasi volontari Sve per 6 organizzazioni ospitanti con inizio a maggio, agosto, settembre

Per conto di un nostro partner consolidato e Organizzazione Coordinatrice finlandesestiamo cercando volontari per ben sei progettidel Servizio Volontario Europeocon sei differenti Organizzazioni Ospitanti.

La Coordinating Organisation è la branca finlandese di ICYE, nota organizzazione mondiale che opera nel campo del volontariato e della mobilità giovanile, mentre le sei Hosting Organisationsono scuole, centri per disabilie associazioni.Con inizio a maggio, agosto o settembre 2015 (a seconda delle singole organizzazioni locali), i progetti - se approvati - durerebbero 10 o 12 mesi(in basso trovate la durata di ogni progetto).Sede di ogni progetto sará una diversa localitá della Finlandia.

 

Le tematiche sono diverse a seconda dei progetti. In generale, i temi principali sono: cultura, infanzia, disabilitá, attivitá per il tempo libero, ambiente.In basso sono riportati i dati e codici di ogni progetto e i link la descrizione di ogni Host Organisation con relativi dettagli del progetto e profilo richiesto per i volontari. Leggete bene la descrizione del progetto e dell'organizzazione che vi interessa prima di compilare l'application form e candidarvi.

 

É possibile candidarsi per piú di un progetto. L'importante é inviare la candidatura per ognuno di questi, quindi l'application form dovrá essere necessariamente DIVERSA per ognuno dei progetti per i quali si presenta la domanda.Lì dove segnalato, saranno preferiti i candidati disponibili ad alloggiare presso famiglie ospitanti o che comunque considerano anche questa tra le opzioni alloggio e non solo la classica accommodation nei pressi del luogo di servizio.

 

Come sempre per lo SVE (18 - 30 anni) targato Erasmus+, il viaggio A/R é coperto al 100% fino ad un massimale che dipende dalla distanza (leggere pag. 78 della Guida a Erasmus+: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/16671764/erasmus-plus-programme-guide_it.pdf), mentre vitto e alloggio sono pagati in toto, cosí come l'assicurazione ed un breve corso di lingua locale. Previsto anche un pocket money mensile (leggere pag. 83 della Guida a Erasmus+ di cui sopra). Pocket money per la Finlandia: 125 euro al mese.

NON serve inviare il cv: le informazioni sulle vostre esperienze formative, professionali e di volontariato vanno inserite nell'application form negli appositi spazi.

 

Nella parte motivazionale dell'application form spiegate bene perché volete fare l'EVS (European Voluntary Service), perché vorreste fare volontariato all'estero, quali sono i motivi che vi spingono a far domanda per QUESTO PROGETTO IN PARTICOLARE, cosa pensate di imparare da questa esperienza, cosa credete di poter dare come contributo all'Organizzazione Ospitante e perché sareste il candidato ideale. Inutile scrivere risposte e motivazioni di poche righe e dove non sono specificate dettagliatamente le ragioni che vi spingono a far domanda per questo progetto (EVITANDO di dire semplicemente che si vuole lasciare l'Italia e/o che si vuole vivere nel Paese ospitante): senza forti motivazioni la HO non vi prenderebbe in considerazione, quindi fate attenzione. Risposte generali e senza le specifiche motivazioni per la partecipazione a questo particolare progetto NON saranno prese in considerazione. Fatevi aiutare dalla descrizione del progetto quando scrivete le vostre motivazioni per il singolo progetto.

 

ATTENZIONE: Rispondete in maniera completa ed esaustiva a tutte le domande dell'application form. In caso contrario, la vostra domanda non sarà presa in considerazione in quanto carente di motivazioni.

 

Solo le candidature COMPLETE saranno prese in considerazione.Ricordate di indicare il nome della Coordinating Organisation (Maailmanvaihto) e la dicitura "Sending Organisation Scambieuropei" nell'oggetto dell'e-mail.

EI ref. / EVS accreditation n.: 2012-FI-37Hosting Organisation: Sippolan koulukoti / Sippola Residential Special School Coordinating Organisation: Maailmanvaihto ry - ICYE Finland Sending organization: Associazione Scambieuropei Project/activities dates: 16.8.2015 – 15.6.2016 (10 months) Location: Sippola (Kouvola), Finland Themes: Children; Education through sport and outdoor activities Short description: Sippola Residential Special School is one of the six state-owned residential special schools in Finland. It provides holistic rehabilitation, upbringing, education and care services for highly challenging children and young people. EVS volunteers will work in assistant positions in child and youth care, education and upbringing. Duties and work tasks vary according to volunteers’ skills, age and experience. Volunteers' requirements: EVS volunteers should be motivated to work with youth with difficult backgrounds and to be prepared for social tasks. Good social skills and experience on youth work or social work are of a great value. Age limit minimum 20 years. EI ref. / EVS accreditation n.: 2012-FI-28Hosting Organisation: Kisälli-Harjulanmäki Coordinating Organisation: Maailmanvaihto ry - ICYE Finland Sending organization: Associazione Scambieuropei Project/activities dates: 7.8.2015 – 6.8.2016 (12 months) Location: Vihti, Finland Themes: Disabilities - special needs; Creativity and culture Short description: Kisälli-Harjulanmäki has two main activities: it has a nursing home called “Harjulanmäki” for mentally disabled people and a workshop called “Kisälli” which provides art and work therapy for disabled people. The volunteers help disabled people in their daily activities at the Kisälli arts&crafts workshop and at the Harjulanmäki home. The work includes both artistic work and practical personal assisting (for example with eating and daily hygiene). Volunteers' requirements: Interest in creative arts&crafts work. EI ref. / EVS accreditation n.: 2012-FI-24Hosting Organisation: EKOenergy / Finnish Association for Nature Conservation Coordinating Organisation: Maailmanvaihto ry - ICYE Finland Sending organization: Associazione Scambieuropei Project/activities dates:  2.5.2015 – 1.5.2016 (12 months) OR 1.9.2015 – 31.8.2016 (12 months) Location: Helsinki, Finland Themes: Rural development and urbanisation; Environment and climate change Short description: The volunteers work at the EKOenergy department of the Finnish Association for Nature conservation. The department coordinates the European ecolabel for electricity, EKOenergy, which is the first and only pan-European ecolabel for electricity. The label is owned by a network of 31 environmental NGOs willing to promote renewable electricity. According to the interests and skills of the volunteers the tasks may include, for instance, communicating with environmental organizations and electricity companies in various countries, following up the registration of power plants (in particular hydropower plants) into the EKOenergy system, communicating (via e.g. Facebook and Twitter) about renewable energy/electricity, updating databases, translating, making lay-outs for publications and setting up activities. Volunteers' requirements: One of the tasks of the volunteers is to phone and Skype with other organizations and companies. The voluntary workplace is therefore looking for social persons who like to interact with others (in particular via the phone, Skype and internet). They wish that the volunteers would be interested in environmental issues and could speak and write English well. The international focus of the voluntary workplace will be next year on France, Germany, Italy, Spain and Norway but they are open for applications from other countries, too. The main task of the volunteers is to interact students with special needs during their lessons and leisure time, as well as to help them in their daily routines. The volunteers can also organize free-time activities for the mentally disabled students. Helping the kitchen staff and/or helping in horse stable work can also belong to the tasks of the volunteers. Volunteers' requirements: Motivation to work with people with special needs. Good social skills and open attitude. Willingness to live in a small village in the country side. EI ref. / EVS accreditation n.: N/A (old EI ref.: 2011-FI-9)Hosting Organisation: English Playschool of Kangasala Coordinating Organisation: Maailmanvaihto ry - ICYE Finland Sending organization: Associazione Scambieuropei Project/activities dates: 16.8.2015 – 15.6.2016 (10 months) Location: Kangasala, Finland Themes: Children; Creativity and culture Short description: The volunteer works in an English language playschool for children aged 3 to 6 years Volunteers' requirements: Interest to work with young children and participate in the routine work of kindergarten and organize activities for the kids. Interest to learn Finnish language, since the children do not speak much English  – they are only beginners in learning English as a foreign language. EI ref. / EVS accreditation n.:  N/A (old EI ref.: 2010-FI-19)Hosting Organisation: Myllylähde-yhteisö / Myllylähde CommunityCoordinating Organisation: Maailmanvaihto ry - ICYE FinlandSending organization: Associazione ScambieuropeiProject/activities dates:Location: Hämeenkoski, FinlandThemes: Disabilities - special needs; AdultsShort description: Myllylähde is a village community with adults with special needs. It is a part of the international Camphill movement which was established to work and live with people who have special needs like learning disabilities. In the community all work is shared: teaching, caring, household tasks, gardening and ecological farming. In Camphill Communities the idea is that in the community life where each person contributes according to his/her abilities, what they can towards the well-being of their fellows. The community is based on the general Christian values and principles. The main work activities of Myllylähde are biodynamic agriculture, animal care, gardening, packing of the agriculture products and weavery and handicrafts workshops. All work is done together with the adults with special needs. Life in the community changes according to the seasons and so does the tasks of the volunteer. From spring to autumn there is a lot of agricultural work tasks and in the winter time more work in the workshops. The volunteer is expected to be willing to help with all the activities of the community. The tasks of the volunteer will be socializing and co-working with the people with special needs and supporting them in the community’s daily functions in different practical tasks like cooking and cleaning. Volunteer will help in different areas of activities also according to his/her personal skills and abilities. Volunteers can also introduce their own culture and language to the members of the community.Volunteers' requirements: It is important that the volunteer is motivated to live in the countryside and interested to work with people with special needs.Interest in a communal way of life and nature is also helpful.Accommodation: Accommodation is in the project in one of the communal housesHO description: The project cannot be found from the EVS database because its new accreditation is in the process
